I work with individuals at various stages, from those facing severe mental health challenges to those seeking personal growth and development. Whether you’re dealing with deep emotional pain or simply looking to break free from old patterns, I’m here to help you find the peace and fulfillment you deserve. I also work with couples, providing a safe and neutral space where both partners can feel heard and understood. No matter your background or experience, I’m honored to hold that space for you and your loved ones. While I identify as a generalist, some scopes I’m extra passionate are self-esteem, illness management, overachievement/overcompensation, Latin X issues, and queer affirming care.
