I have empathy with clients and help them work through how life events cause thoughts, feelings, reactions, and choices. I help clients find ways to change and heal. The journey of life can be hard. For some, the start of life was very painful. For others, they met challenges in later years. Sometimes things happen in life when you just lose your way. Each cope with what life brings in a different manner. At times, the way you cope adds to your problems. I am here as a therapist to listen to your story and to go with you to the places in your life that have been most painful, to help you find positive ways to cope, heal, and find hope.
