Rachael Olson, LCSW
Located at Castle Rock, CO
I support teens and adults (13-60) with depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and life transitions, to name a few, using CBT, DBT, ACT, with a trauma-informed care approach.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned my clinical social work degree from Simmons University. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, and life transitions. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-informed care.
Therapy should feel like a collaborative space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and make meaningful progress. I bring warmth, creativity, professionalism, and a healthy sense of humor to my work. Most importantly, I will always work to meet you where you are–while helping you build on your strengths, develop practical skills, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with what matters to you.
