I am a trauma-informed, DBT-focused, client-centered Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 5 years of experience in counseling.

I am successful at helping clients unravel physical, mental, and emotional layers to identify root causes of problems and develop strong coping skills for a wide variety of mental health issues, such as eating disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, and many more. I am proficient in interdisciplinary collaboration and passionate about leaving a positive impact on clients’ lives by helping them reach their goals in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I have experience in every level of care, from inpatient to outpatient, with specific experience in trauma-informed care for eating disorder/substance use populations. I look forward to helping my clients through their mental health journeys!
