Patricia Rodrigues, LPC
Located at Mesa, AZ
Passionate about helping clients heal from childhood trauma, I integrate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), neuroscience-informed approaches, DBT, CBT, Inner Child Work, and PIT to foster recovery and resilience.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working in mental health since 2017. I specialize in trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of childhood adversity. I completed my clinical training at The Meadows, where I trained in Pia Mellody’s Model of Developmental Immaturity and Post-Induction Therapy (PIT), a trauma-focused approach that addresses childhood relational wounds through inner child and experiential work.
I am trained in EMDR and Gottman Method, and have completed the three-year Somatic Experiencing® program. I integrate neuroscience-informed approaches, CBT, DBT, and attachment theory into treatment.
As a lifelong learner, I take a holistic approach to healing by considering the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system.
I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and acceptance. Therapy is available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
If you value a direct, authentic approach and are ready to be both challenged and supported, I would be honored to work with you.
