Nora Zeagler, LPC
Located at Alamo Heights, TX
My most important job as a thrapist is to help my clients feel heard and valued. I blend empathy, experience and training to assist others in finding answers to their deepest questions about life and living with a strong emphasis on improving relationships with others and ourselves.
After a career working in the academic library at Michigan State University, I transitioned into counseling, earning my Master’s degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. This career shift was a natural one, as I find joy in offering empathy, understanding, and research-backed strategies to support my clients’ mental well-being.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for providing empathic, evidence-based mental health care. I have received advanced training in trauma-informed care, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), both of which are highly effective in treating trauma. Additionally, I am passionate about helping clients improve their sleep, recognizing its crucial role in both physical and mental health. All ages and stages are welcome in my practice, which is collaborative, considerate, and caring.
