As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Services Provider designation, I believe that every individual possesses the capacity for growth, healing, and self-development.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe, empathic, and respectful environment where clients feel supported while also encouraged to challenge themselves toward meaningful change. I work to build a collaborative relationship that highlights each client’s strengths and supports lasting personal growth. I utilize an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s specific needs. My clinical experience includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rational Behavior Problem Solving, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also CBT certified and have specialized training in the treatment of Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Memphis, where I received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award and was inducted into Chi Sigma Iota, the international counseling honor society. I am passionate about helping clients increase self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and learn to navigate life more authentically, whether in an individual or group setting.
