Welcome! As a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults and seniors, I hope to help you with whatever is affecting you, your child, or family.
Treatment starts with a comprehensive intake assessment to better understand the underlying issues, factors, and conditions. We then collaboratively develop a treatment plan to address the issues that are most important to you and identify desired outcomes. I provide a safe therapeutic environment and the necessary tools to help individuals get to a healthier place where they can have increased self-esteem, improved mood, decreased anxiety, better communication, stronger relationships and a healthier outlook to be able to flourish.
