We then collaboratively develop a treatment plan to address the issues that are most important to you and identify desired outcomes. I provide a safe therapeutic environment and the necessary tools to help individuals get to a healthier place where they can have increased self-esteem, improved mood, decreased anxiety, better communication, stronger relationships and a healthier outlook to be able to flourish.
