As a Veteran and Licensed Professional Counselor, my path to counseling was shaped by my time in service. I’ve seen firsthand the strength it takes to face life’s challenges and the courage it takes to ask for help.

I approach counseling from a humanistic perspective, which means I focus on the whole person sitting before me, not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. Each client is a unique individual with their own story, values, and growth potential. My role is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected; a space where healing and change can happen. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or simply looking for greater self-understanding, I’m here to walk with you.
