I have a deep passion for bringing families closer, especially during challenging times. Specializing in trauma and parent-child relationships, I guide parents and caregivers toward greater regulation, connection, and understanding. No matter your identity or background, you are welcome here. As a proud Latinx American cisgender woman, I bring warmth, empathy, and cultural responsiveness into my work. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and emotion-focused, incorporating body awareness to help regulate stress and foster resilience. Taking this first step is bravery, and I am honored to walk this path with you. I offer sessions both virtually and in person at Family Care Center in Englewood, Colorado.
