As an LCSW, I help individuals heal from trauma, navigate relationships, and manage life transitions using CBT, DBT, EMDR, and parts work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and therapist who helps individuals work through the impact of trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns that may no longer be serving you and build on your strengths to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, parts work, and feminist therapies to support healing, self-understanding, and growth. I also believe in the power of therapeutic group work, where connection, shared experiences, and community can foster healing and transformation. My goal is to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
