Hello, I’m Melissa Longe, with over two decades of experience in behavioral health. My expertise spans crisis intervention, substance abuse, program development, clinical supervision, and behavior coaching.
I specialize in helping both adults and children dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, and family stressors. In parenting, I offer guidance through training in Love and Logic Parenting and Theraplay, and through completion of the Harris Infant Toddler Mental Health program.
Seeking counseling can be vulnerable, but I’m here to support you with specialties that include addiction, children, and family conflicts, along with expertise in ADHD, adoption, depression, trauma, and stress management. My approach includes innovative methods such as Sand Tray and Art Therapy, complemented by EMDR certification for trauma recovery, IFS, and Somatic Body Work.
