I offer gentle, active, and collaborative therapy to help children and teens navigate relationship hurdles, developmental milestones, and life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families build resilience. I believe true healing happens within a safe, trusting, and collaborative relationship. While I draw on evidence-based tools–including CBT, Somatic therapy, DBT, the Neuro-Sequential Model, and play therapy–my primary goal is always to connect with your child or teen on a genuine level.
I specialize in supporting youth and families overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or difficult life transitions. Whether your younger child is struggling to regulate emotions or your teen needs a space to navigate peer pressure, I provide the grounding and clarity your family needs. I also teach sensory coping skills to adolescents and adults that enhance the mind-body connection.
In our sessions, you can expect a laid-back, non-judgmental environment. We will work on practical tools designed to quiet the inner critic, handle tough emotions, and make confident decisions. My ultimate goal is to be a steady, trusted ally in your corner, empowering your family every step of the way.
