I encourage all of us to take a holistic approach to our health, instead of focusing solely on the most obvious issues. Not only are we able to find resolutions by exploring all areas of our lives or diving into our core values, but we are also able to create and become the person we want to be. That being said, I believe in meeting the client where they are at and building a strong and trusting relationship, to foster growth and expansion.
