I have a distinct passion to help others who desire to achieve optimal mental health wellness through therapy. I am a person-centered therapist, which means I meet my clients where they are at. Then, collaboratively, we develop a personalized plan to help them reach their treatment goals.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Addiction Counselor with over four years of clinical experience. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy through Liberty University.

I work with adults who encounter issues with neurodivergence, personality disorders, life transitions, family-relationships, LGBTQIA+ concerns. I also provide faith-based counseling.

I am a person-centered therapist which means that I meet my clients where they are at. Every client is different so there is never a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. I specialize in various modalities which are as diverse as my clients. I consider myself a “life-long learner” in order to consistently enhance your experience in therapy.
