I’m a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting both individuals and couples as they navigate life’s many challenges. I work with clients across the lifespan—from young adults to aging adults—experiencing everyday stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship concerns. I also have specialized experience working with those facing infertility, perinatal mental health concerns, postpartum depression, and anxiety. In our work together, we’ll focus on practical tools to manage distress while also exploring the stories you tell about yourself—helping you shift limiting beliefs and embrace your strengths. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to support you in finding clarity, confidence, and resilience.
