My goal as a clinician is to empower every client I work with to advocate for themselves and to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts in order to connect the mind, soul, and body to be one. 

I am a firm believer of using my counseling services to inspire those who I reach to heal, grow, and be renewed. My name is Melissa Guerra and I am an LPC. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who face physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities to live independently. As an individual who is always seeking growth, I am a licensed professional counselor who uses different modalities such as cognitive behavioral and solution-focused modalities to best assist clients. I am also a Spanish speaker and a certified rehabilitation counselor with focus in disabilities! Asking for help is the first and most important step, and I am here to walk side by side with you in order to guide you to the new life that awaits you.
