Dr. Fuertes-Hunt understands that mental health is shaped by the whole person and that medical conditions, medications, cognitive changes, life transitions, grief, changes in independence, and relationships can all affect emotional well-being. She takes time to listen carefully, understand each patient’s concerns and goals, and create a treatment plan that reflects their individual needs.
