I will join with you to explore ways to improve your overall wellness. I will encourage you and provide education on new ways of thinking and acting. I acknowledge that change is difficult and respond with compassion and understanding while also challenging you to expand your comfort zone so you can seek out peace. I have experience with adult and childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, as well as parenting and behavior disorders. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I utilize a person-centered approach with cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques and play therapy, and am basic-trained in EMDR and rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy.
