As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my approach is rooted in evidence-based practices delivered with curiosity, collaboration, and compassion. 

My passion lies in helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom to navigate life with more clarity and confidence. I enjoy working with a variety of individuals and ages. With that said, I do have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses, while simultaneously supporting their caregivers and family systems as well. I look forward to being a part of your journey moving forward!
