I offer a warm, accepting space where clients feel deeply understood and valued. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with over a decade of experience working with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, anger, addiction, loneliness, and existential concerns.

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. I draw heavily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, while incorporating self-compassion, strengths-based approaches, CBT, DBT skills, and somatic techniques. I believe meaningful change often begins with developing greater curiosity and understanding toward ourselves rather than judgment.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and have spent my career providing individual and group therapy, as well as clinical supervision. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, heal old wounds, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
