My approach is centered around patient education and autonomy. I walk alongside my patients to help them work towards their recovery goals. My area of focus is treatment resistant depression.

I am a physician assistant with 7 years of experience in mental health and a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry from NCCPA. My area of focus is treatment resistant depression and interventional psychiatry, but I have experience treating a wide variety of mental health conditions. I see patients 18 years and older, and I also have experience treating special populations including perinatal/postpartum and geriatric patients.

I believe in a holistic treatment approach that goes beyond medication management and highlights the importance of lifestyle interventions, therapy, and social connection.
