Marty Splettstoesser, LCSW
Located at Circle, CO
Practical, compassionate therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than four decades of behavioral health experience and earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas. My clinical experience spans the lifespan, from young children and adolescents through adulthood and older adulthood, and includes individual, couples, and family therapy. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral and relationship difficulties, family conflict, major life transitions, and complex life circumstances. My approach is practical, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based interventions based on each person’s needs, abilities, developmental level, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, genuine, and connected to everyday life. I bring extensive clinical experience together with warmth, humor, and straightforward problem-solving to help people recognize their strengths, develop useful skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful and sustainable change.
