I’m a licensed Bilingual/Bicultural Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma-based modalities, such as EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. 

Maya Angelou, an American poet said, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”  This quote has been my motto when providing therapy to clients.  I strive to make you feel heard, validated, and supported so that you can make the best decisions for yourself.    I enjoy working with adults, families, and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, and parenting stress.  My favorite activities are hiking Colorado’s breathtaking scenery, reading, and spending time with family.
