I am a LCSW who works across the lifespan with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I believe that while we may all have difficult stories, we do not have to have difficult lives. 

There are times when our experiences may leave us feeling disconnected, dysregulated, angry, and in pain. My goal is to support you in your process of healing from these experiences so that you may feel confident in navigating the unexpected and can build secure relationships with others and yourself.  I am passionate about healing trauma, relationships, and mental health symptoms with the power of human connection while also utilizing evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Synergetic Play Therapy. I employ an eclectic and collaborative approach tailored to each person’s needs and believe that all people deserve to be cared for and to feel healthy and well.
