I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I utilize various evidence-based modalities, such as EMDR, and incorporate somatic awareness and nervous system regulation, drawing on my experience as a certified yoga teacher. I strive to create an atmosphere that is non-judgmental, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity in all its forms. Therapy can provide a powerful and safe environment to explore identities, navigate relationships, and develop the resilience to face life’s complexities.
