I am here to help, and I always maintain a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental stance in therapy. I believe that change is possible for you! 

As a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), I draw on my professional experience, ongoing research, passion for wellness, and time in community mental health and private practice settings to provide an integrative approach to counseling. I offer services based on a variety of therapeutic modalities and work with individuals, couples, and families based on evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, and strength-based models. I welcome individuals navigating issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, ADHD, parenting, work, couples facing marital distress, and families with adolescents dealing with significant challenges such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm tendencies, and interpersonal difficulties.
