*A little bit about my practice.
One of my favorite quotes that I find inspiring to live by and a form of wisdom or mantra to help my clients discard their negative self-talk and overcome their fear is, “”Failure is a far greater teacher than success.” (Quote from the movie, Annapolis (2006).
I have a multi-faceted range of life experiences that I find enhances my ability to relate to a broad range of clientele and resourceful in my approach to therapy work. My professional experience spans diverse populations and service environments, including underserved and high-acuity communities, as well as professionals in high-stress and high-responsibility occupations such as healthcare, aviation, first responders, military personnel and families, business leaders, educators, and state/federal level government employees. I feel fortunate to be in a profession where I can have extended time working one-on-one with patients/clients that enables me to get to know them better.
