With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across a wide range of settings–including foster care and adoption, schools, medical facilities, and community-based programs.

I am proficient in Spanish and have extensive experience working with Hispanic communities, including a deep understanding of cultural beliefs and traditions. My work has focused on helping youth and adults navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and depression. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you possess strengths that can guide you through even the most difficult times.
