I bring a balance of humility, confidence, authenticity, and compassion. I look forward to becoming a part of your support team on your journey.
I have had the pleasure of working with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds, for over 24 years in both community mental health and private sector settings. Utilizing a flexible therapeutic style to match the needs of my clients, it is my objective to support individuals in a collaborative nature with personal growth, self-awareness, insight, skill building and empowerment. I have supported a wide range of client-identified concerns including but not limited to ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, couples, anger management, and interpersonal conflict. While I enjoy working with all ages, I have a niche with preteens, adolescents, young adults, and families. Capable of containing a safe space for some of the more challenging topics while also understanding the power of humor and human connection.
