My passion and commitment are to my clients. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a strong, safe, and secure relationship with my client. My intent is to help my clients understand their strengths and values, enabling them to experience the pleasures that life has to offer. 

Everyone can succeed. I help clients gain awareness, set new goals, and offer practical tools to achieve them.  Everyone can build stronger relationships to lead a more productive life.  I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps couples, families and individuals feel a closer bond with others. In counseling, I believe it is important to provide safety, trust, support, respect, and empathy. I enjoy working with people of all ethnicities, religions & cultures and look forward to meeting you and/or your significant other.
