I believe every person is doing the best they can with the tools they have, and I see my role as a therapist to help people gain new tools to do even better. 

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ concerns, masculinity and gender identity issues, life stress, addiction/compulsive behaviors, trauma, anxiety, depression, and psychosis. I work with adults 18 and up for individual or couple’s therapy. I specialize in Humanistic/Person Centered therapy, which emphasizes meeting you where you are and discovering the path forward together. I also utilize ACT, DBT, and other more structured approaches when they are helpful. Life is full of suffering, but you don’t have to suffer alone. A journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step.
