I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help reduce anxiety, depression, and other symptoms that may be negatively impacting your quality of life.

I am passionate about working with adults across individual, family, and couples therapy settings. In family and couples therapy, I take a collaborative, solution-focused approach, supporting clients in effectively navigating conflict and strengthening relationships. My work is client-centered, and I tailor each treatment plan to meet your unique needs and goals. Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and provide support for individuals working through trauma-related symptoms.
