I specialize in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with expertise in the treatment of individuals with eating disorders. I am proud to be serving the youth and families of Austin and its surrounding communities. 

I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Marlboro College where I participated in the World Studies Program. I studied Ecology and the social impact of the AIDS epidemic in Ecuador and conducted immunology research at an international research lab in Cali, Colombia. After graduating from college, I worked in both basic science research and child and adolescent behavioral health. I found myself continually drawn to the interpersonal aspect of clinical work, confirming my decision to pursue a career in medicine.
