As a Licensed Clinical Health Psychologist, I specialize in working with the mind-body connection. As we manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma and the like we experience physical and cognitive change. It’s important to view each person in their entirety, not in separate pieces or symptoms. 

I use evidence-based techniques such as neuroscience, CBT, ACT, biofeedback, mindfulness and other awareness-based tools to help each person gain insight to their own strengths, explore their internal experience and, of course, gain new coping tools to improve the way seemingly insurmountable obstacles can be overcome to access our best health.
