Getting to know you helps me to tailor my work around your unique life journey. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment for healing and growth to take place.

I take an active approach in assisting my clients and couples to develop effective coping skills to face life challenges. With practice, you can rewire your brain and live a more positive, healthier life.  With a cognitive approach, I help my clients learn how to address their concerns in a more empowering way. I work with adults with a variety of concerns including marital and premarital counseling, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and stress. My specialties are relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
