I’m a therapist who genuinely enjoys working with people from all walks of life. 

Whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, I believe in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I love using play therapy, especially with kids—as a way to help process big feelings in a way that feels natural and safe. I also have experience using EMDR to support clients in working through trauma and finding healing at a deeper level. I work with a wide range of challenges including ADHD, divorce, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. No matter what you’re going through, my goal is to help you reconnect with who you are and make meaningful, lasting changes. I’m always continuing to learn and grow so I can better support the people I work with—therapy is my craft, and I’m passionate about getting it right.
