Kelly Coleman, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 22 years of experience helping teens (13+) and adults navigate life’s challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver.
Kelly believes that every person’s story is unique and works collaboratively with clients to create a treatment plan that reflects their individual goals, strengths, and values. She provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and develop practical skills for lasting change.
Her clinical approach is tailored to each client and incorporates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. Kelly works with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.
