I’m a psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience spanning adult psychiatry, military health, addiction medicine, and business leadership and executive consultation. My career has allowed me to work with a wide range of individuals, and I bring this breadth of perspective to every patient relationship. 

In addition to my medical training, I have completed advanced studies in psychodynamic and person-centered psychotherapy. This enables me to provide care that is not only evidence-based but also deeply respectful of each person’s unique journey. Patients often describe me as easygoing, kind, and patient provider who truly listens. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, no matter where you’re starting from. My goal is to meet you where you are, both emotionally and practically, and support you as you move toward where you want to be. If you’re considering care, I look forward to partnering with you on your path to well-being.
