I have experience working with various challenges including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, ADHD, school issues, and other behavioral challenges. I utilize a relational, strengths-based approach while incorporating evidenced based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness practices, and play-based interventions.
