My focus is on facilitating personal growth, helping young people and their families navigate the complexities of life, relationships, and emotional development. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, including sexual abuse survivors, as well as children and adolescents with autism, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. By providing a safe, empathetic space, I empower children and teens to build resilience and self-confidence, while also working with families to strengthen communication, understanding, and connection. My approach combines active listening, compassion, and evidence-based strategies to support lasting positive change.
