I believe that knowledge is power, taking the time to help patients understand their medications, expected outcomes, potential side effects, and the overall treatment timeline. Building trust and strong relationships with my patients is at the heart of my practice, fostering an environment where individuals feel supported and informed every step of the way. I want to meet you where you are, determine what your goals for treatment are, and improve the quality of your day-to-day life. I truly believe that mental healthcare is a partnership between the patient and the provider, because who knows you better than you? I work with individuals ages 13 and up and address a range of concerns. I focus on treating your symptoms, not defining you by a label.
