I approach counseling from a mind/body/spirit perspective and use evidenced-based therapy approaches that support growth and integration in these areas. 

My specialties include; helping you move forward from trauma/PTSD, grief/bereavement, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationships issues, and self-esteem issues. I am dedicated to helping my clients find their voice, reclaim themselves, establish healthy boundaries, and improve their relationships. Life is hard and we need support in ways that perhaps our family or friends are not able to provide. Even though it feels scary and intimidating, seeking help takes courage and bravery. With my sensitivity and compassion, I create a safe and accepting environment for you to heal. I will meet you where you are at and will always respect your goals for therapy.
