I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers navigating emotional regulation, trauma, life stressors, and behavioral challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, with an emphasis on building a genuine connection and using creative, engaging strategies to help clients feel comfortable being themselves and actively involved in the therapeutic process.
I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Systems Therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals.
