I am a licensed professional counselor who works with adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, with a focus on somatic and experiential approaches to treatment as well.

My passion is to help people who have spent their lives helping others. I recently retired after 27 years in the fire service and believe this experience makes me uniquely equipped to help first responders. My practice is trauma based and I offer EMDR to help deal with the trauma in the lives of my clients. While I hope to work with many first responders this is not the only focus of my service. I have nearly 10 years of experience in treating addictions. I work with depression, anxiety, anger, ADD and other areas.
