My mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals feel supported on their journey to healing and growth. 

As a compassionate and approachable counselor and clinic director with over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping those with complex mental health needs and trauma-related challenges. I strive to foster self-awareness, personal growth, and resilience by using a client-centered and evidence-based approach. I have worked extensively to build community partnerships, foster stability, and support both clients and clinicians in embracing the full potential of outpatient services. My goal is to empower meaningful change and lasting fulfillment in every life I have the privilege to touch.
