Hi, I’m Jody, a dedicated and empathetic mental health professional with twenty-plus years of experience. I’ve worked with clients from many walks of life and with varied needs. My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, grief and loss, Trauma, and life transitions. 

If you are feeling stuck, or if your anxious or self-critical thoughts are keeping you down, I challenge you to try something new. I use a holistic approach with several research-based interventions, including CBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and The Gottman Method.   My approach is to support and challenge you. Together, we will develop a comprehensive plan so you can get the tools you need to reach your goals. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and for that, I see you.
