I believe therapy is about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults, meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe therapy should provide a safe, supportive space where children, adolescents, and young adults can feel understood, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with clients ranging from young children through young adulthood, tailoring my approach to meet each individual’s developmental needs, personality, and goals. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthy coping skills and meaningful ways to express themselves. With younger children, I use play-based interventions to create connection and provide a comfortable, age-appropriate way to explore emotions and experiences. With adolescents and young adults, I incorporate evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, confidence, and positive behavioral change. I strive to build genuine, trusting relationships with each client and meet them where they are. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools they can carry with them for a lifetime.
