My name is Jillian and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with an emphasis on Complex Trauma. Humans don’t just want to relieve suffering. We want to understand it. I believe wholeheartedly that knowledge is power. 

Many people are not just suffering now; they’ve been suffering for a long time. My work as an IOP Therapist aims to relieve the pain of chronic dysfunction. My approach is psychodynamic to gain insight from the root up, but mindfulness-based in the healing process. I provide psychoeducation to help put your experience into context, and, with compassion and authenticity, we will begin the work of rehabilitating the problem areas. Allowing for truth, grace, and time, we will together take you from surviving to thriving.
