Being a parent isn’t easy, and growing up can feel overwhelming too. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with kids, teens, young adults, and parents to build stronger connections and navigate life’s challenges.

I’m passionate about supporting kids and teens as they navigate the pressures of growing up today. From building coping skills for anxiety to navigating friendships and boosting self-esteem, I aim to help young clients feel confident and authentic, while guiding parents in understanding and supporting their child’s growth. My approach is warm, supportive, and strengths-focused creating a safe space where families can strengthen communication, manage big emotions, and grow toward lasting connection and healing.
